User ID: Your Social Security Number (no dashes)
Password (PIN): Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year.
The self-service site is available until November 10th at 11:59 pm EST.

You can update your beneficiary information and print your confirmation statement at any time throughout the year. However, you will not be able to change your current elections in the Symetra system unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. If you are, contact HR within 30 days!

⏭️After completing your Enrollment process through Symetra-Benselect, you must email the NEW dependents’ documentation to the Benefits Department at  [email protected] within 30 days.
⏭️Symetra Evidence of Insurability Online Form: Visit the online portal if an EOI is required for the Symetra Term Life coverage. If you do not submit the EOI form after completing your enrollment process, you will receive only the Guaranteed Issued amount.
Complete and submit the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) Form within 30 days of enrollment HERE!
⏭️Employer-Paid Basic Life and AD&D – National Insurance Services!
If you work at least 20 hours per week on average, you are eligible for Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Life Insurance Benefit: $10,000 / AD&D Benefit: $10,000. You MUST designate a beneficiary

Newly Hired Employees:
Take advantage of the steps below to finalize your enrollment within 30 days of your hire date or a qualifying life event (QLE)!
