To ensure your enrollment process is easy, follow the steps below to enroll:

Step 1: Call Center Enrollment within 30 days of your hire date or qualifying life event (QLE).

Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center at 484.460.2297!
Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 8 PM. No appointment is required!  

During your enrollment process, you will be asked to designate beneficiaries for your NEW Employer-provided Basic Life Insurance policy. 

Step 2: Access your Benefit Confirmation Statement!

24/7 Symetra Site: Symetra.benselect.com/ccres
User ID: Your Social Security Number (no dashes)
Password (PIN): The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year.

You can update your beneficiary information and print your confirmation statement at any time throughout the year. However, you will not be able to make changes to your current elections in the Symetra system unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. If you are, contact HR within 30 days!

Step 3: After Enrollment Pending Tasks (if applicable)

* After completing your Enrollment process through Symetra-Benselect, you must email the NEW dependents’ documentation to the Benefits Department at [email protected] within 30 days.
* Symetra Evidence of Insurability Online Form: Visit the online portal if an EOI is required for the Symetra Term Life coverage. If the EOI form is not submitted after completing your enrollment process, you will only receive the Guaranteed Issued amount. Click Here to complete and submit the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) Form!

Employer Paid Basic Life and AD&D – National Insurance Services!
As an active employee working at least 20 hours per week on average, you are eligible for Basic Life and AD&D Insurance.  Life Insurance Benefit: $10,000 / AD&D Benefit: $10,000. You MUST designate a beneficiary!                                                                                                                 

Your New Hire/Qualifying Life Events enrollment is your opportunity to elect, waive, or adjust your benefits for the 2026 calendar year.
