Supplemental Insurance – Symetra
As an active employee working at least 20 hours per week on average, you are eligible to purchase a variety of supplemental insurance plans on a voluntary basis with premiums paid through the convenience of payroll deductions. Plan benefits are paid directly to you, regardless of what other insurance plans you may have.

Available to FT employees working 20 hours per week.

Employee increments of $10,000; spouse increments of $5,000; child(ren) $5,000 to $10,000.

Accelerated death benefit if an employee has been diagnosed as terminally ill.
- Evidence of Insurability is required for all amounts of insurance selected after the initial 31-day eligibility period and for any amount in excess of the Guarantee Issue amount.. If the EOI form is not submitted after completing your enrollment process, you will only receive the Guaranteed Issued amount.
